Last time I felt all-but required to use Logitech’s “Drop the Bass” EQ setting to get an exciting sound, but this time the default “Flat” response feels pretty damn close to what I want. The G935 doesn’t sound bass- heavy, by any means, but there’s definitely more low-end this time around.

Where the G933 used 40mm drivers, the G935 is the first Logitech headset to use the now-standard (for gaming headsets) 50mm drivers. On the other hand, the G935 keeps a lot of features I loved from the last model-and ones that weren’t present on the G533, for that matter. The G935 uses that instead of sports mesh, and it instantly classes up the overall impression. Also, never underestimate the value of leatherette. The aggressive horizontal slashes on the G933’s ears have been replaced with a flowing S-curve, which gives it a slightly more modern look. To its credit, the G935 is a bit more restrained than its predecessor. The G533 was, as far as headsets go, the culmination of that. Keyboards, mice, headsets, they’ve all become steadily sleeker, more minimalist, ditching jagged edges and bright blue highlights for curves and piano black. For years Logitech’s been steadily dialing back the “gamer” nob, as far as its design language is concerned. Again, one of the reasons we gave the nod to the G533 was because it looks great. Although this works, it's not an optimal solution.Or perhaps not. Uninstalling drivers in device manager, then reconnecting solves the issue until next time. Make sure to uninstall all Logitech software before starting these steps. If you still don't have the Enhancement tab you still have a newer version of the Logitech software installed. Install Logitech Gaming Software version 8.57.145 below for your windows I used that link you provided, but it downloaded a 'logitech camera controller'.not sure what that was about. But to have them maxed out and not being very loud, it was disappointing. Not that I want them to blow my ear drums, but I would like them to be louder for certain things such as gaming and movies. I installed the software, but the max volume is not that loud. I considered returning them due to the volume issue but since they do turn way up i have decided to keep them. Be sure to click the icon to turn on advanced settings and you are all set. Turning that up will greatly increase volume of the headphones. If you go to equalizer, then advanced, you will see pre-amp on the left hand side. It is the same software as is shown in the user manual. Initially, the software i downloaded would not recognize the headset. After doing some reading, I read the EU has regulations which prevent the headset from becoming too loud and that older programs/drivers are louder. I got these today and found low volume to be an issue. Personally I don't have the G930 wireless, I have the wired G35 and plugging it in without the Logitech software works fine under Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10 from my testing. When this happens, Windows will use the drivers but not be hindered by the software. Lastly, fr33soul (2012) speaks of not using the Logitech software at all by making sure the Logitech software does not run automatically. What OS are you running on?
